Tiffany Halstead

Tiffany Halstead has been with Weiner & Weiss, LLC, since August of 2011 and is Mr. Weiner’s principal legal assistant. She also serves as the firm’s office manager. Prior to working with Weiner & Weiss, LLC, Tiffany was a legal assistant in the states of Alabama and Georgia, working in the areas of family law, criminal law, personal injury and medical malpractice. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and going to her children’s sporting events.

Deborah Clase, Legal Assistant/Paralegal

Deborah Clase has been with Weiner & Weiss since April 2026, where she serves as a legal assistant/paralegal to Mr. Weiner. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a litigation paralegal across Florida and several Midwestern states, including Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Kentucky. In these roles, she developed extensive experience in civil litigation, foreclosure, family law, personal injury, and first-party property damage matters.

Deborah brings strong foreign language proficiency, exceptional empathy, and a deep commitment to serving her community. She is recognized for her critical thinking skills and her ability to effectively support both clients and legal teams in complex matters.

In her spare time, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her local church, engaging with her community, and continuing her professional development in the legal and insurance fields.
